jlasia Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jlasia ("jlasia", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlasia.org. jlasia operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government body responsible for licensing and supervising gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.

By accessing the jlasia website, creating a player account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or wagering activity offered on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the jlasia platform.

Registration Requirements

• You may only maintain one (1) active account on jlasia. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of funds and permanent account closure.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine address, and a working email address or mobile number.

Security Obligations

• You must use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• You must notify jlasia support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

jlasia is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid Philippine government-issued ID (UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Passport, Driver's License, or Voter's ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and a selfie with your ID for identity confirmation purposes.

jlasia reserves the right to limit account functionality — including deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay access — until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Currency

All jlasia accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All transactions, balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts displayed on the platform are in PHP unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Accepted Payment Methods

jlasia supports the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank via InstaPay and PESONet, and QR Ph. All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page within your account.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time for GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 30 minutes during peak hours.
• jlasia does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees for which jlasia bears no responsibility.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity. jlasia does not operate as a bank or financial institution and will not pay interest on account balances.
• jlasia reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits that appear to be connected with fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activities.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days following completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• jlasia reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above ₱50,000.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing limits are specified in your account cashier section.
• jlasia will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The withdrawal account must belong to and be verified in the name of the registered account holder.

jlasia offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion in addition to the general terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Abuse: jlasia strictly prohibits bonus abuse, arbitrage, and the use of low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms. Any player found engaging in such conduct will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Certain bonuses may be subject to a maximum cashout limit on bonus-derived winnings. This limit, where applicable, is stated in the promotion terms.

Sports Betting Bonus Terms

Sports betting bonuses on jlasia — including free bets, deposit match bonuses on the sportsbook, and cashback offers on PBA or international markets — are subject to minimum odds requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. Free bets are non-withdrawable; only the winnings resulting from a free bet are credited to your withdrawable balance upon settlement.

All games available on jlasia — including JILI and Pragmatic Play slots, Ezugi live casino tables, bingo rooms, Fortune Dragon, and all sportsbook markets — are governed by the specific rules published on the game or market page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before participating.

Random Number Generation

All slot games and virtual table games on jlasia use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by our game providers. These RNGs are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live Casino

Decisions made by jlasia's trading team on market settlements are final.

Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, server error, or any technical fault that causes a game to behave in an unintended manner, jlasia reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and refund the corresponding wager amounts to the players' accounts. Winnings generated as a direct result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlasia platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities including PAGCOR and the AMLC.

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, regardless of how you accessed it.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place wagers, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform component to gain an advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live casino games or poker-style games to the detriment of other participants.
• Attempting to launder money or use jlasia for any purpose connected with financial crime, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.
• Accessing jlasia via a VPN, proxy, or any other service designed to mask or misrepresent your true geographic location.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior directed at jlasia staff, support agents, or other players in any chat or communication feature on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any component of the jlasia platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems.

All content on the jlasia platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlasia or its licensed third-party providers (including Ezugi, JILI, and other game suppliers), and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlasia platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include:

• Any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jlasia content.
• Any right to use jlasia's trademarks, logos, or brand elements for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without express written consent.
• Any right to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the jlasia website or API.
• Any right to frame, mirror, or embed any part of the jlasia platform on any third-party website or application.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlasia, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and game providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Losses resulting from a third-party service disruption, including payment processor outages affecting GCash, Maya, or Philippine banking services.
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interrupted access to the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Errors or omissions in game software supplied by third-party providers.
• Gambling losses incurred during use of the platform. Wagering always carries inherent financial risk, and jlasia does not guarantee winnings of any kind.

jlasia's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlasia account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jlasia's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

jlasia is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all registered players. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account on jlasia, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account verification (KYC), transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting, fraud prevention, and customer support. Your data will never be sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

jlasia processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention obligations imposed by PAGCOR and AMLC regulations.

jlasia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of game malfunctions.
• A valid regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

In cases of account closure due to a player's voluntary request or standard inactivity, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method after any applicable deductions permitted under these Terms and Philippine law.

In cases of closure due to fraud, prohibited conduct, or regulatory instruction, jlasia reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where legally required, to remit the funds to the relevant regulatory authority.

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jlasia will notify you via email or SMS prior to applying the inactivity policy. A monthly inactivity administration fee may be deducted from dormant account balances as permitted under applicable regulations; details of this fee are available in the account settings section of the platform.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the jlasia platform, or any gaming transaction conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Dispute Process

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, bonus, or account matter, players must first attempt to resolve the issue through jlasia's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team. jlasia commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 7 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the official complaint mechanisms published on the PAGCOR website. jlasia cooperates fully with all PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

jlasia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes may be made to reflect updates to our services, changes in applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, or improvements to our platform policies.

When material changes are made to these Terms, jlasia will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the jlasia platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
